To some, the term “grounding” describes “reconnecting with Mother Earth.”
Some of these devices plug into wall sockets and connect to products you wear or place your skin on.
Others still have wires that you insert into the earth.
How Long Does It Take to Work?
There is no set time as to how long you better practice grounding to achieve benefits.
Claims also vary as to how long it takes for grounding to work.
The only concern arises if you are unsteady and walk on uneven surfaces, which can lead to falls.
The same is true if you are walking barefoot in natural water where there are rocks and slippery surfaces.
