The extract has been explored for possible brain health benefits.

Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserineis a fatty substance that protects brain cells.

It plays a role in brain functions and may support cognitive function.

In addition, too much iron from supplements can lead to gastrointestinal health problems and lower zinc absorption.

No supplement is intended to treat, cure, or prevent disease.
